On-site printing is same-day by definition. The station prints during your event, so guests leave with custom merch that afternoon, not a box that shows up a week after.
Why on-site is faster
Once the art is approved, there's no production queue between a guest's choice and the finished piece. They pick, we print, they wear it, and each guest waits about two minutes. The only lead time is ours: art final about a week out so screens and transfers are ready when the truck leaves Fullerton.

- Tees and hoodies via screen printing or DTF.
- Caps and patches at the hat bar.
- Totes and promo goods for a gifting table or a sponsor lounge.
San Diego events where timing is tight
A conference in a Mission Valley hotel that adds a merch moment late, a pop-up in the Gaslamp, a biotech team celebration in UTC: when shipped merch won't arrive in time, a live station gets around it. Four to six weeks of notice is comfortable and two weeks is usually workable.

What makes a short timeline work
Simple art and standard blanks. A one- or two-color logo and a stock tee color can be ready fast; a custom garment order can't.
A venue that already knows its load-in and power. Hotels and taprooms usually do; a Convention Center booth needs the show's electrical order in on time.
