San Diego weddings and parties tend to be coastal and relaxed, and the favor station should look like it belongs. We bring a single styled station, print the design you picked, and guests take home a shirt, tote or cap from your day.
We work weddings, birthdays, bar and bat mitzvahs and private parties across San Diego County, from a Coronado or Del Mar reception to a backyard party in North Park.
What a live t-shirt printing station looks like at a San Diego celebration
- Styled to your colors: table dressing and a garment display that match the room.
- A design that's yours: names, a date, a monogram or a custom illustration, proofed before the day and pressed with live DTF while guests wait.
- Sized for guest lists of any size: a 60-guest celebration gets the same crew and care as a corporate floor.
Matching the station to the party
A hat bar suits a beach crowd that will wear the cap on the sand the next day. Live embroidery gives a monogrammed, gift-like finish at a La Jolla dinner. A tee press keeps younger guests busy at a backyard party or a mitzvah. Cocktail hour is usually the best time to open the station.
Space and power for a live printing station at a San Diego reception
Plan on a 10×10 ft spot and two 120V/20A circuits that the DJ and the bar aren't already on. At a downtown or Coronado hotel ballroom, the banquet captain can put a dedicated circuit and our load-in time on your banquet order. Bluff and lawn venues in Del Mar and La Jolla are the ones to ask about early. Outlets are often a long way from where the station looks best, and the afternoon breeze off the water moves anything light, so we weigh down the tent and the garment rack. Send a photo of the spot and we'll tell you whether a cord run works or we bring a generator. Each shirt takes about two minutes, and with two presses running we clear 100+ an hour, so 150 guests have theirs in roughly 90 minutes. The truck rolls out of Fullerton that morning. For a Friday evening reception we leave early enough that I-5 traffic through Oceanside doesn't push back setup.
Right-sized: small guest counts are welcome. We bring one styled station, indoors or out, and there's no travel fee from Orange County down.
