Most San Diego live printing dates run between $5K and $15K all-in. The quote is built from four things: crew, press time, garments, and setup and teardown. Our shop is in Fullerton, 91 miles north as the crow flies, and there's no travel fee from Orange County down.
What your quote includes
| Included | What it means |
|---|---|
| Crew | Printers who run the station and keep the line moving, whether it's a Convention Center aisle or a Gaslamp ballroom. |
| Equipment | Presses, flash dryers, heat presses, ink and tables, trucked down from Fullerton the morning of the event. |
| Garments | Blanks across an XS–4XL run, sized to your headcount so nobody in line gets turned away. |
| Setup & teardown | Load-in, station build and breakdown around your run-of-show. |
| Every print | The printing itself. No per-shirt surprise at the end of the day. |
What moves the number
- Headcount: more guests means more blanks and sometimes a second press or station.
- Hours: a two-hour reception costs less than a full Convention Center show day.
- Garments: a basic tee, a retail-fit shirt, a hoodie or a cap each carry a different blank cost.
- Stations: adding a hat bar, embroidery or promo goods grows the setup and the crew.
- Travel: no travel fee from Orange County down, so it doesn't add to a San Diego County quote.
Venue costs are separate: at the San Diego Convention Center, booth electrical and drayage are billed by the show, not by us. Plan for them next to our quote.
If the number needs to come down, garments and hours move it most. A shorter print window or a simpler blank changes the total far more than trimming the guest list. Send the date and headcount and we'll price the room you actually have.
