A San Diego live printing date usually comes in somewhere from $5K to $15K, everything included. The spread is wide because a few choices on your side swing it, so here they are before you ask us for a number.
The levers, biggest first
- How many people you're printing for: it drives blank count and press hours, and past a point it means another press or station.
- How long we're printing: two hours at a downtown cocktail party is a different job from open-to-close at a Convention Center booth.
- What goes on the table: tees, heavyweight hoodies, caps for the hat bar and promo goods all start from different blank prices.
- How it's decorated: screens are cheapest per piece on one design at volume, DTF suits color and small runs, and embroidery costs more because it's slower.
- Getting there: Fullerton is 91 miles away and there's no travel fee from Orange County down, so the drive doesn't add a line.
Covered in every quote
Crew, presses, garments, load-in, teardown and every print you get during the window. It comes as one itemized number within 24 hours, and the number doesn't change because guests took more shirts than you guessed.
Fastest way to a figure: headcount, hours, and one station or several. That's enough for us to price the room.
Getting more for the budget
On a tight budget, one fast screen print station at a crowded biotech or life-sciences conference usually puts out the most shirts per dollar. If the aim is a gift people treasure, a smaller hat bar or embroidery setup gives more perceived value per piece. More detail on the pricing page and in the cost answer, or just send us the event.
Planning notes
Where San Diego budgets usually move
Cutting an hour off the print window or choosing a plainer blank saves more than shaving the guest list.
Convention Center booths come with show-side costs such as the electrical order and drayage. The venue bills those, so budget for them next to our quote.
