San Diego's calendar leans on a few kinds of events: conventions, life sciences, hospitality, the military and defense world, coastal weddings and a big brewery scene. A live station fits each of them a little differently.
The San Diego events we print for
- Conventions and expos: a station in a Convention Center booth turns aisle traffic into a line your reps can talk to.
- Biotech and life sciences: meetings and mixers in La Jolla and UTC, where a name on a quarter-zip lands better than a stack of tees.
- Hospitality and resort events: Carlsbad and Coronado properties where the station has to look like part of the resort.
- Military and corporate events: unit or company shirts printed live at a family day or a change-of-command.
- Coastal weddings: a styled favor station for a Del Mar or Coronado reception.
- Brewery events: anniversaries and releases in North Park taprooms, where the crowd settles in for the afternoon.
Matching the station to the event
For high-traffic formats like conventions and big conferences, a fast screen-print or DTF station keeps the line moving. For smaller or more personal moments, a hat bar or live embroidery reads as a gift. The San Diego Convention Center and Petco Park host some of the biggest crowds in town.
Not sure which fits? Tell us the event type and headcount and we'll suggest a station mix for the room and the run-of-show.

Planning notes
One constant across all six
Every one of these runs on the same station footprint: about 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V/20A circuits. What changes is the number of stations and how we dress them.
The truck leaves Fullerton the morning of the event, and there's no travel fee from Orange County down.
