Live stations
Live Printing Services in San Diego
Five stations, and most San Diego events need one or two of them. A full line of presses suits a show day at the San Diego Convention Center; a single compact station is right for a Gaslamp loft or a hotel ballroom. The truck leaves our Fullerton shop the morning of the event, so setup runs on your schedule.
The busy Convention Center booths often run two side by side: a press for the volume design and DTF or a hat bar for personal pieces. Resort offsites in Carlsbad and receptions in Coronado usually need one. Each station needs about 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V/20A circuits, and at the Convention Center that power goes on the venue order, so book it with your booth. One press runs up to 60 shirts an hour, a two-press live screen printing station clears 100+, and each guest waits about two minutes. Most San Diego live printing dates land between $5K and $15K all-in. Four to six weeks out is comfortable, two weeks is usually workable, and a Comic-Con week activation is worth locking in earlier. Tell us the room and the headcount and we'll say which pairing earns its floor space.
