A live print station turns merch into something guests watch happen. They pick a piece, it gets printed in front of them in about two minutes, and they leave wearing it. This is how a San Diego event runs from our side.
Before the event
You send the logo or artwork, and we proof it and prepare screens or transfers at the shop. We confirm garments and sizes, which stations fit your run-of-show, and the load-in window, whether that's a dock time at the Convention Center or a service door at a Gaslamp hotel.
On the day
- Load-in and setup: the truck leaves Fullerton that morning with presses, ink, blanks and tables. Each station is built in a 10×10 ft footprint before doors.
- Guests choose: a size, a garment, a design or a patch. Having a choice is what makes people care about the piece.
- We print live: each press turns out up to 60 pieces an hour, and a standard two-press setup clears 100+ at full pace.
- They wear it out: a finished piece, still warm from the press.
What the venue provides
About 10×10 ft per station, two dedicated 120V/20A circuits, a level floor and a line that doesn't block doors. Indoors or out both work; an outdoor site like a Liberty Station lawn also needs shade. See venue requirements.
Picking a method
Volume favors screen printing; full color or short runs favor DTF; a hat bar or embroidery adds a premium piece. Read how live printing works or tell us about your San Diego event.
Planning notes
How the room changes the plan
A convention aisle feeds the line all day, so we staff for a steady queue. A seated dinner or a taproom sends people up in waves, and one station keeps up.
After the last print we break down and pack out on your schedule, so the room is clear for whatever comes next.
