Space, power and a way in: a 10×10 ft spot per station, two dedicated 120V/20A circuits, and a path from the dock or door that a road case can roll through. We bring the presses, ink, blanks, tables and crew from Fullerton.
The short checklist
- Floor: 10×10 ft per station plus room for a line that doesn't block a door or a service lane.
- Power: two dedicated 120V/20A circuits per station. At the San Diego Convention Center that's ordered through the venue ahead of time. In a hotel ballroom, confirm the circuit isn't shared with catering.
- Load-in: a dock slot or a service door and elevator a cart fits through. Convention move-in runs on a marshalling schedule, so we need your window in writing.
- Outdoors: a tent or shade over the station and a power plan. On a Del Mar Fairgrounds lot or a Liberty Station lawn that can mean a generator or a tapped panel.
Show-floor extras
Freight delivered to a convention dock goes through the show's contractor and is billed by weight, so we size the blank count to your booth instead of hauling extra cases. If the hall requires its own labor for electrical, we fit the station into your booth plan and work with your general contractor.
Every building has its own manual. Send the floor plan or exhibitor kit with your date and we'll flag power, dock and queue problems before we quote, not the morning the truck leaves Fullerton.
